Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 2 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase.  Custom order cancellations after 2 hours of purchase will forfeit a $200 deposit which is used to secure your slot/supplies.
All layaway payments are non-refundable in buyer remorse circumstances.  Payments can be postponed as needed without penalty.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
