How long will it take you to make my custom ordered doll?

Custom orders typically take 2 to 4 days to complete. Once your doll is finished, we will send you detailed photos for approval before shipping.

What materials are used?

Our dolls are crafted using high-quality vinyl or silicone, filled with soft polyfill and glass beads for realistic weight. We use Genesis Heat Set Paints or air dry paints, and hair is rooted with premium mohair or human hair, depending on your choice.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Wherever you are, we’ll make sure your reborn baby doll reaches you safely.

Do you make silicone babies?

At this time, we primarily focus on vinyl reborn dolls. If we begin offering silicone babies, we will update our website and social media.

What is the difference between mohair and human hair?

Mohair is soft, fine, and gives a very realistic baby-like texture. It is excellent for newborns or younger doll styles.
Human hair is thicker and better suited for older toddler-style dolls. It allows for more styling versatility.

Can I return something if I don’t like it?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our dolls, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.

Do you send progress photos (aka WIP pics)?

We typically do not send work-in-progress (WIP) photos, but we will share final completion photos before shipment for your approval.

May I send a doll back for simple maintenance?
